NPDES Permit

AquAeTer provides ongoing assistance to an inorganic chemical manufacturing plant with their National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit renewal and modification applications. In addition, AquAeTer has worked closely with plant personnel and the State regulatory agencies to facilitate permit renewals and modifications. In the past, projects have included designing a diffuser system, conducting mixing zone verifications studies, and whole effluent toxicity testing twice yearly. Calculations have also been performed to determine if operation and flow conditions will trigger a request to modify permit limits and/or antidegradation review.
