AquAeTer’s company culture is unique.

As we have grown in numbers and expanded our services over the years, we enjoy providing the diverse services in our portfolio. Working at AquAeTer requires us to be responsive and adept at covering the variety of tasks that may be required in a year, a month, a week, a day, or in hours. On Monday, we may be sitting in the corporate board rooms of our clients’ offices, and on Tuesday we’ll be in scuba gear on a boat to collect water quality samples for an NPDES permit renewal.

Our staff is incredibly flexible as they shift roles (and work attire) to meet the demands of the day.

Whether out in the field communicating real-time-data, or in our conference rooms engaged in team discussions to design project concepts or work plans, we operate and support each other, as a team.

We are always looking for new ways of approaching projects or issues-whether it is developing value-added services for our clients, or improving internal processes. We transition quickly from activities and project roles, such as conference calls with clients, conducting long-term BOD studies in our in-house laboratory, or gearing up teams and equipment for field investigations.

We have dedicated professionals who conduct themselves with integrity and efficiency, and pride themselves on the quality of work they provide. The variety of backgrounds our staff offers gives us the diversity we need to challenge ourselves, each other, and our clients.

We take personal ownership of our clients’ goals and approach their projects as if we are spending our very own dollars. We are an interactive, dynamic team that enjoys working closely with our clients. We strive to understand their overall needs, and form long-term relationships.

We maintain a sense of humor and a comfortable atmosphere while in the office. It allows us to mentally refresh from the ever-changing demands we routinely face. Throughout each year, we enjoy company events, such as employee celebrations, spontaneous parties (like the pizza party at the conclusion of a long river study), summer picnics, fundraising, or company events.

From the trenches to the board rooms, we enjoy meeting the demands of our clients and finding new ways to solve problems together.
